Office of the Controller of Examinations
The Office of the Controller of Examinations (CoE) plays a vital role in the academic framework of the institution and forms an integral part of its autonomous functioning. Established in January 2026 following the conferment of autonomous status to the institution, the CoE Office ensures the effective implementation of examination processes in accordance with academic regulations.
The office is responsible for assessing the continuous learning progress of students at defined intervals and publishing results with the highest standards of accuracy, transparency, and confidentiality. It upholds quality and integrity in all examination-related activities.
- Plan and schedule examinations
- Prepare and conduct Internal Examinations (IE)
- Organize and conduct Semester End Examinations
- Publish results in a timely manner
- Maintain examination records securely
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to established examination standards
The CoE Office caters to all Undergraduate (UG) and Ph.D. programmes of the institution, maintaining excellence and credibility in the evaluation system.
